Updated January 31st 2021

Spudshed is attempting to be vigilant as the ongoing safety of our customers and our staff remain the top priority.

As a condition of entry, we are mandated to request each customer to check-in either through the Covid Safe WA app or manually through our instore sign-in process.

From 6 pm today it is a mandatory requirement issued by the department of health to wear a mask while shopping in supermarkets which includes Spudshed.

We have sanitisation stations set up at the entry points of each store for the safety of each customer if for any reason the sanitisation needs attention or refilling please advise one of our team members.

When shopping, please don’t forget the importance of Social Distancing. We have signs around our stores to remind you and guide you in following the social distancing recommendations.

Some checkouts may still be closed to allow for additional space between customers and you will find plexiglass screens at our checkouts to help safeguard you and our staff.

As a further precaution, we ask that you pack your own bags to minimise contact and reduce time at the checkout. When queuing, please remember to keep the length of a trolley between you and other customers and staff and follow the distancing guidelines marked on the floor.

Remember to use tap and pay where possible instead of cash.

While many of the product supply issues have now been resolved there remain some products that still may be in short supply. Most of our stores are open 24 hours and we are continuing to restock around the clock. Our warehouses and packing sheds are also working 24 hours and we have lots of fresh produce in the ground on our farms. So whatever time of the day or night you choose to shop, please be responsible and think about your fellow shoppers. It is possible there may still be purchase limits on certain products that remain in high demand.

While we already have high cleaning and hygiene standards we have implemented additional cleaning and increased awareness amongst our staff of the importance of this. You can help by:
Sanitise or wash your hands before you come in store
If you have a fever, cough, cold or flu like symptoms, we ask that you do not enter the store

The well-being of our customers and staff is our highest priority. To help with social distancing while shopping please:
Keep the size of a trolley as a distance guide between each other.

Use tap and pay if possible, we will have a limited number of tills accepting cash.

Remember our stores are open 24 hours We thank you for your support and understanding during these challenging times.

Thank you for your support and understanding during these difficult times.
Let’s look after each other and stay safe.
