If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from Spudshed, then we will happily refund the purchase price or exchange the product. The original receipt (or other acceptable proof of purchase) is required to be presented at the store the product was purchased from to enable our employees to issue a refund or exchange of product.
If you have changed your mind
In addition to claims related to quality, we will at our discretion refund the purchase price where you have simply changed your mind and you return a dry grocery product to us unopened, in its original packaging and with clear proof of purchase within 48 hours of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange for a change of mind on:
• Fresh produce items (because we don’t know how they have been handled or stored once they have left our store)
• Any refrigerated fresh food items such as dairy, meats, frozen goods (because of health and safety regulations)
• Bedding (opened packaging) for health precautions
• Clothes (opened packaging) for health precautions
Uber Eats Purchases
If you have placed an order through Uber Eats and are not satisfied with what you have received, whether it is concerning quality or missing items. You can request a refund through Uber Eats, either through your Uber Eats app or via the Uber Eats website. Your query will be handled by Uber Eats, and subject to Uber Eats’ Refund Policy terms.
